1. About these terms

This website and its digital products are operated under the AHMED. DESIGNCO name by Bilal Ahmed. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean AHMED. DESIGNCO, while “you” means the website visitor or customer.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Commercial Licence, our Refund & Download Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or download a product.

2. Digital products only

Every product sold through this store is a digital download. No physical jersey, garment, print, storage device, or other physical item will be shipped. Product pages describe the files, formats, and presentation materials included in each purchase.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

• Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Payment processing is provided directly through PayPal. Protected file delivery is provided by this website after payment confirmation.
• Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or banking fees that are outside our control.
• You are responsible for entering accurate account and billing information at PayPal checkout.

4. Patreon membership and credits

• The Creator Pass is listed at USD 15 per month and includes three product credits per Patreon billing period. The Studio Pass is listed at USD 29 per month and includes eight product credits per Patreon billing period.
• One credit unlocks one available product archive. Unlocking the same product again in the same billing period does not use another credit.
• Credits reset when the Patreon billing period changes. Unused credits do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.
• Membership payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling take place through Patreon. Individual product purchases continue to be processed through PayPal.
• Member access depends on an active eligible Patreon tier, successful membership verification, available credits, and the product archive being available on this website.

5. Delivery and access

After successful PayPal payment confirmation or a valid Patreon credit unlock, this website provides a protected archive download link on the product page. The link is normally valid for 30 days and up to five download attempts. Access can be delayed by payment or membership review, a technical interruption, or a provider security check. If access does not appear, contact us with the product name and your PayPal transaction reference or Patreon account email.

6. Licence—not ownership

A purchase gives you a limited licence to use the supplied files; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the source files. The permitted commercial use, project limit, and restrictions are set out in the Commercial Licence.

7. Software and customer responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that your software can open the formats shown on the product page and that you have the skills, hardware, fonts, plugins, and production setup needed for your intended use. Colours, fabric output, print results, and screen appearance can vary between devices and production methods.

8. Intellectual property and third-party marks

AHMED. DESIGNCO retains its rights in its original artwork, files, previews, branding, and website content. Club names, national-team identities, manufacturer marks, sponsors, crests, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners and are not licensed by AHMED. DESIGNCO.

You are responsible for removing, replacing, or obtaining permission for any protected third-party material before public, commercial, or production use. A concept, recreation, or unofficial label does not create permission from a rights holder.

9. Refunds and file problems

Digital purchases are handled under our Refund & Download Policy. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Availability, updates, and errors

We may correct product information, update files, change prices, or discontinue a listing. We do not promise lifetime hosting, future updates, or continued compatibility with every software version. Material order problems reported in good faith will be handled under the Refund & Download Policy.

11. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to bypass preview protection, interfere with security, use automated scraping to copy the catalogue, make fraudulent payments, or use a product in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHMED. DESIGNCO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, production loss, or a third-party claim caused by your modification or use of a file. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access or terminate a licence when there is fraud, unauthorised sharing, resale, redistribution, or another material breach. Termination does not permit continued use of the affected source files.

14. Governing rules and changes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, including the laws of the Sultanate of Oman where relevant, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in their country. We may update these terms when the store, products, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the current version.
