LICENCE.

1. Licence grant

Each valid purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable commercial licence for one individual customer or one legal business entity. Copyright and ownership remain with AHMED. DESIGNCO or the relevant rights holder.

2. One purchase, one project

One licence covers one named client, club, team, collection, or internal brand project. You may create multiple colourways, player names, numbers, presentation slides, and physical garment units for that same project. A new unrelated client or team project requires a new purchase.

3. What you may do

• Edit colours, graphics, text, names, numbers, panel details, and permitted branding for the licensed project.
• Use a vector product to prepare a finished team kit, client concept, presentation, approval sheet, or production artwork.
• Use a mockup product to present your own original sportswear artwork in portfolio, client, website, or social-media images.
• Manufacture, display, market, and sell finished physical sportswear created for the licensed project.
• Export flattened JPG, PNG, or PDF previews that do not allow the original source artwork to be extracted.
• Provide only the files reasonably necessary to a printer or manufacturer working on the same project, provided they do not retain or reuse them for another customer.

4. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, share, gift, rent, upload, or publish any source file, whether original, edited, renamed, or repackaged.
• Sell the design as another editable template, mockup, vector pack, stock asset, design-library item, or marketplace download.
• Make the source files available through a shared drive, membership, subscription, public link, design editor, or print-on-demand template system.
• Claim the supplied source artwork as exclusively yours, register it as a trademark, or prevent AHMED. DESIGNCO from licensing its original work to others.
• Use preview images or watermarked catalogue artwork as the delivered commercial asset.
• Use the files for unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or rights-infringing activity.

5. Third-party logos and trademarks

This licence applies only to rights that AHMED. DESIGNCO is permitted to license. It does not grant rights to a club crest, federation mark, sponsor, manufacturer logo, player identity, or other third-party material shown in a reference or concept.

Before public, commercial, or production use, you must remove or replace such material or obtain permission from its owner. You accept responsibility for rights clearance and for claims arising from your chosen names, logos, sponsors, graphics, and final use.

6. Contractors and team members

Employees and contractors may work with the file only for the licensed project and only while acting for the buyer. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that every person with access follows this licence and deletes working source files when they are no longer required.

7. Portfolio use

You may display flattened images of your completed work in your portfolio or social channels, provided the display does not expose editable source material, falsely claim ownership of third-party branding, or imply an official partnership that does not exist.

8. Licence breach

The licence ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using the product and delete shared and working copies. AHMED. DESIGNCO may also pursue available remedies for unauthorised distribution or resale.
