REFUND &
DOWNLOAD POLICY.

1. Digital delivery

All products are digital. After PayPal confirms a successful payment or this website confirms a valid Patreon product-credit unlock, the protected archive normally becomes available immediately on the product page. No physical item is shipped.

2. General refund position

Because digital files can be accessed, copied, and retained immediately, we do not normally offer a change-of-mind refund after download access has been provided. This rule does not remove any refund, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Patreon controls membership billing, cancellation, and membership refund requests. A website product credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded as money by AHMED. DESIGNCO. If an eligible credit was used but the file has a genuine delivery problem, contact us so we can restore access or provide a working replacement.

3. When we will review a refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if one of the following applies:

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You received a different product from the one ordered.
• The supplied archive is corrupt, incomplete, or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The delivered files are materially different from the formats or contents stated on the product page.
• A refund is required by law.

4. What is normally not refundable

• A change of mind after access or download.
• Lack of the required software, hardware, fonts, plugins, or editing experience when the listed file formats were supplied correctly.
• Failure to read the product description, licence, compatibility, or digital-product notice before ordering.
• Minor colour differences between screens, printers, inks, fabrics, or production methods.
• A decision not to use the product, or a client's rejection of your edited concept.
• Restrictions involving third-party club, sponsor, manufacturer, or federation rights.

5. How to request help

Email ahmed.designco.store@gmail.com. Include the purchasing or Patreon account email address, PayPal transaction reference where applicable, product name, a clear description of the issue, and screenshots where useful. Do not send card details or passwords.

We aim to review a complete request within three business days. When a file problem can be corrected, we may first provide a replacement, repair, or missing file. If the issue qualifies and cannot reasonably be corrected, the refund will be sent through the original payment method.

6. Download-link problems

If you paid successfully but the download did not open, use the Download files button shown after checkout. If the link is invalid, expired, or has reached its download limit, contact support with the PayPal transaction reference or Patreon account email so the order or membership claim can be verified and access restored where available.

7. Immediate access and withdrawal rights

Where the law gives a cooling-off or withdrawal period for online purchases, immediate digital delivery may require your express consent to begin supply before that period ends and your acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost once supply begins. If the legally required consent or confirmation has not been obtained, your mandatory rights remain unaffected.

8. Payment disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can investigate a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or file problem quickly. Fraudulent disputes and misuse of downloaded files may result in licence termination. This does not limit your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorised payment.
